Ms. Bowman: It has come to my attention that a large soil disturbance has occurred at the above referenced parcel, which includes disturbance to a creek buffer. One of my inspectors
made a site inspection and was told by the workers onsite that approximately 10 Acres are being disturbed. Please contact either myself or Kim Sue at 828-312-5710 with the intended use
