Dear James:
We have received your 6/16 Second Review code comments concerning the
toilet room renovation for the proposed remodel at 1210 SW Highway 70 in
Hickory, and in response to those comments offer the following revisions and
clarifications:
1. Review... general statement. no action required.
2. Scope of plumbing... general statement. no action required.
3. Drain, waste and vent plan... new sheet 15 has been added to the set
showing this information.
4. Water distribution plan... new sheet 15 has been added to the set
showing this information.
5. Plumbing fixture schedule... new sheet 15 has been added to the set
showing this information.
6. Accessible signage ... this information has been added to revised
sheet 6c.
7. Toilet paper dispenser... the oversize dispenser has been deleted
and replaced with a double roll Bobrick dispenser within the allowable
dimensions per ANSI A117.
