On 04/16/2010, Catawba County staff investigated the above referenced property to determine if a violation of
County regulations was present. A detailed description of the violation(s) follows:
Storage/accum./ disposal of garbage & solid wasteSection 32-6 (2)
Mobile Home is being torn down. Has been like that for several months. Several sheds in disrepair and toilet and various other
solid waste.
THIS IS A VIOLATION OF CATAWBA COUNTY CODE, CHAPTER 32 AND/OR CHAPTER 44
Please remedy any and all code violations before 6/30/2010. If the site is not compliant by 6/30/2010, all associated
county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold.
Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the Director of Public Health at P.O.Box 389,
