.Plans relative to the above named project have been reviewed for general compliance with
General Construction of the 2009 North Carolina State Building Code with the following
comments:

1. This review is on Revised Construction Drawings dated March 12, 2010, G
reviewed in our office on April 09, 2010. I
2. Please provide a written response to the review comments and submit revised
signed, sealed plans as necessary.

3. The automatic sprinkler designer shall have on staff a minimum of one
designer. The designer should have a current certification from the National
Institute for Certification of Engineering Technologies ( NICET) as Fire
Protection Engineering Technician, Level III, subfield of Automatic Sprinkler
System Layout, who shall oversee and be responsible for the project and sign,,*-g
off on all drawings submitted by the equipment supplier. [2009 North :Carolina
Administrative and Enforcement Code. 87- 21(b)] {
4. Submit stamped, sealed and/or NICET signed: waterflow test, hydraulic
calculations, specifications, and sealed layout sheets when available.
5. Approval is given to issue shelf permits. Final approval is pending resolution of
the above listed items.
