SCOPE OF EVALUATION:
On April 01, 2010 TUV Rheinland of North America has been retained to conduct a Field Evaluation of the
subject equipment residing at the facility as stated under the heading "Final Installation Site" on page (1). This
evaluation may consist of a Preliminary Product Evaluation and Final Installation Evaluation for Electrical Fire
and Shock Hazards. The Final Product and Installation Evaluation was completed on April 01, 2010
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE:
This test report contains only findings and results regarding the indicated equipment for installation at the
particular final installation location. It is not intended as an endorsement of the equipment, nor an approval of €:
similar or identical equipment at another location. If this equipment is modified, changed or moved to another
location after the date of inspection the evaluation and Label is considered Void. Re- inspection shall be
required.
TRNA's label indicating the equipment as compliant does not relieve the owner /manufacturer of its responsibility

for the safe operation of the equipment.
This evaluation does not include evaluation of the suitable operation of the unit and does not include emission
tests or locations defined as hazardous by the National Electrical Code (NEC).

The equipments design was visually inspected with particular attention to the following areas:

In detail, the following inspections were performed:
(a) Grounding and Bonding:
Exposed non - current carrying parts of the equipment were inspected for effective grounding
and bonding in accordance with applicable provisions of the standards referenced in this report.
(b) Guarding of Live and Moving Parts:
All internal components were inspected for installation in a suitable enclosure and effective
guarding in accordance with applicable provisions of the standards.
Moving parts are inspected to contain suitable guards against pinching, crushing or other
mechanical injury.
(c) Overcurrent, Short Circuit and Overload Protection:
Overcurrent, short circuit and overload protection installed in this equipment was evaluated for
compliance to relevant standards. They were identified to be NRTL listed and of proper size
and location.
(d) Internal Wiring:
Internal wiring and wiring methods were evaluated for compliance with relevant standards.
Wiring was verified to be, properly sized and rated, with a temperature rating suitable for the
installed application.
(e) Electrical Testing
Various electrical tests were performed to verify the suitability of operation and safety of the
unit. Selection of tests, are dependent on the type of equipment and relevant standard's
requirements. Test data sheets are attached to this report.
(f) Environmental Suitability:
The suitability of the equipment within its environmental context was evaluated. Outdoor type
equipment was evaluated for suitability for exposure to rain, dust, humidity, splashing etc.
Enclosures were required to be NEMA rated and suitable for their relevant application
(g) Installation of the Unit:
It was verified that the equipment / fixture is installed in accordance with the manufacturer's
installation instructions. Furthermore, installation requirements as per the National Electric
Code (NEC) such as working areas, power connection, etc. and corrective measures were also
evaluated.
