follows: Section 32-6 (1) Storage/accum./disposal of garbage & solid waste Solid Waste (Household Trash) Must be kept in a air-tight container (trashcan) and removed from the property
in a timely and proper manner. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF CATAWBA COUNTY CODE, CHAPTER 32 AND/OR CHAPTER 44 Please remedy any and all code violations before 6/16/2010. If the site is not
compliant by 6/16/2010, all associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold. Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice
