We have reviewed your comments and revised our drawings accordingly: 1. Complete MEP drawings: Since the scope of mechanical, plumbing and electrical revisions within the space is minor and the budget for this job is limited, we elected not to submit MEP drawings for permit. The assigned contractor has subs on board who can produce drawings for the minor adjustments that include ductwork redesign and diffuser relocation; reworking an existing gas stub; outlet installation and lighting installation. 2. Structural framing detail for RTUs: Please note, no RTU (roof-top units) are being moved or added on this project. An existing unit will be not be used in the new shop configuration. Gas and power connections shall be disconnected from the existing unit. The RTU will remain in place on its curb stored for future use. 3. Dressing room partition materials conforming to NC codes: We have revised the dressing room details and note #6 to show require partitions to be gypsum board / metal stud walls with pre-hung wood doors.
