an existing carport and added electrical for living purposes. Must speak with Zoning 828-465-8380 for Accessory dwelling and obtain required permits for construction and electrical.
THIS IS A VIOLATION OF CATAWBA COUNTY CODE, CHAPTER 32 AND/OR CHAPTER 44 Please remedy any and all code violations before 5/28/2010. If the site is not compliant by 5/28/2010, all associated
county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold. Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the Director of Public Health at
