Newton, NC Catawba County Code Compliance Technician, after a visual inspection was made of property owned by you, have found the following violation(s): 31-7 (e) Insufficient measures
to retain sediment on site 31-5 (b) Unprotected exposed slopes 31-5 (f) Failure to follow approved plan 31-13 Failure to maintain erosion control measures Clean out ALL Sediment Basins
and re-install Baffles according to plan on Basins # 2, 3, 4, 5. Install Check dams according to plan along sides of roadway. If project is to be discontinued -MUST install temporary
or permanent ground cover to all exposed areas. These items were discussed with Mr. Ray Shrum -he indicated that he would start work on the basins first then start the process of stabilizing
ground cover first of August 2010 THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 31 Please remedy any and all code violations before 6/11/2010 12:00:00AM. If the
site is not compliant by 6/11/2010 12:00:00AM, all associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold and the attached fine will be assessed beginning
5/23/2010. Each day of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate violation. Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the County Subdivision Review
