10. Corrective actions needed: Silt fence along both sediment traps have the potential of being undermined. Will have to reseed areas along the berms on sediment traps 1 and 2.
11. Comments: Overall site looks good. Not all measures are installed due to the phasing of the project. As of this inspection, they are installing the box at the creek and will begin
removing the pipe underneath the parking lot.
