I, Kyle D. Selzer agree to build Drago & Marie Gorupic a new workshop and pool house on their
lots 58, 59 and60 located at 19th Ave. Cir. NW Hickory. with their plans drawn by DESIGNS
UNLTD. with the said specifications and allowances(see seperate sheet).
Workshop/garage for a fi 150.00 excluding any change orders.
Poolhouse for a fixed s m of $55,900.00 xcluding any change orders.
When signed, this is a binding legal contract between the parties. If you do not fully understand
the contract you should consult an attorney. This contract shall be governed by the Laws of the
State of North Carolina.
