lots 58, 58 and60 located at 19th Ave. Cir. NW Hickory with their plans drawn by DESIGNS
UNLTD. with the said specifications and allowances(see seperate sheet).
Workshoptgarage for a fixed of $75150.00e luding any change orders.
Poolhouse for a fixed sum of $55,900.00 excluding any change orders.
