10 ft from property lines, 5 ft from building foundations and appurtenances, and out
of right of ways and easements. If septic tank is installed greater than 6 inches
below ground surface will require risers. Proposing 4 lines of 25% reduction system
at 75 ft each. Gutter drains must be routed away from septic system. Terraces will
need to be smoothed out and water diverted. Will have public water.
