was made of property owned by you, have found the following violation(s): 31-5 (b) Unprotected exposed slopes 31-4 (d) Failure to take all reasonable measures 31-7 (e) Insufficient measures
to retain sediment on site Install Erosion Control measures in rear of property to prevent sediment from leaving site. Temporary or Permanently stabilize slope and any exposed areas
not under construction. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 31 Please remedy any and all code violations before 4/12/2010 12:00:00AM. If the site is
not compliant by 4/12/2010 12:00:00AM, all associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold and the attached fine will be assessed beginning 4/2/2010.
Each day of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate violation. Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the County Subdivision Review Board
