I am not going to be issuing a permit on this one as they checked into tying onto city sewer and it was going to
be much cheaper than putting in a pump system according to Brandon from Loose Ends.
Wanted to document what we did though and show where we checked soil at just in case something ever
comes up out there. Soil conditions are horrible and any options for future septic system would be drastically
limited.
They may call about a refund and Megen said since we weren't issuing a permit that they may be able to get a
partial refund. Please check with her to verify and put a copy of site plan with plan case.
