I went out on Friday, February 19 2010, to the Marina to see what was going on. I spoke with
the individuals at CBC and the owner of the Marina. They were fixing the bottom of one of the
barges. The barge was damaged while dredging the Marina. They said that they would be done
sometime this week and then they were moving the equipment off of the Marina.

CBC continues to drag barges up on long island property for welding and Maintenance How long
are they going to be allowed to service and maintain their equipment on this property?
I think all of the homeowners have been extremely patient with this Months and months of
noise and mess
