No metal siding will be used. Brick will remain & will be painted to match existing.
Steel awnings are only 24inches deep & for cosmetic effect & will be painted. Owners
want to create green space from building wall to 4th street R/W. Existing parking will
remain at north side of building & be re-striped to include H/C accessible space.
Additional parking exists to the rear (east) of building & will be re-striped.
Section 4-13 . Property is zoned C-2 & is in the Center City Overlay area.
* 8.2.2(b)(c) The pedestrian system must connect all adjacent streets & sidewalks to the
MAIN entrance. (NOTE: materials & lighting requirements).
* 5.4.5(a)(2) All finishes to be brick, painted to match existing.
* 10.15 All utilities to be placed underground.
Please provide site plans and revised elevation showing attention to and compliance
with the aforementioned.
