CBPR-2-10-3880 Dear Clara, Responses to County and City comments as referenced above are as follows: A. Building Review-Approved with Notes. Response-not necessary; however, added notes and revised plans as needed to accommodate plan review comments. B. Hickory Fire Department Review-Approved with Notes. Response-not necessary; however, added notes and revised plans as needed to accommodate plan review comments. C. Engineering Review-Disapproved. Response-the approved driveway permit will be faxed to Engineering as soon as received from NCDOT. D. Hickory Zoning-Disapproved. Responses: 1. Dumpster gates: Per conversation with Gene Frye, the city's preferred design for gates is stockade type construction: however, the city would not turn down gates constructed of chain link fencing and vinyl stripping. 2. HVAC equipment screening: Roof top HVAC equipment will be screened by building parapet walls on Lease Space W. See revision note and calculations on sheet 2 of 6. 3. Parking space and 60' max distance to a tree: Discussed with Gene Frye and this issue is resolved. E. Hickory Utilities Review-Approved with Notes. Response-not necessary.
