10. Corrective actions needed: Establish construction entrance as depicted on plan. Install inlet protection at CB1. Establish inlet and outlet protection on the pipe as depicted on
plan. Establsih ground cover on sediment trap along rock barn and on the slope north of the construction entrance. Install baffles and complete sediment basin at rear of property.
