of applicable Soil Erosion & Sedimentation Control Regulations were found on your property: 31-7 (e) Insufficient measures to retain sediment on site 31-4 (d) Failure to take all reasonable
measures Please install erosion control measures -sediment is leaving job site -exposed soil needs to be stabilized. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF CATAWBA COUNTY CODE, CHAPTER 31 Please remedy
the above listed violation(s) by 03/25/2010. If you do not take the requested action or make other arrangements with this office by 03/25/2010, we will begin formal enforcement action.
Enforcement action may include civil penalties, administrative remedies such as denial or revocation of County/City permits and licenses, criminal court proceedings, and/or action for
