Erosion Control Ordinance The banks of the creek need to be stabilized with permanent ground cover to prevent sediment from washing into the creek where the old creek crossing was removed.
This needs to done as soon as possible. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 31 Please remedy any and all code violations before 3/24/2010 12:00:00AM.
If the site is not compliant by 3/24/2010 12:00:00AM, all associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold and the attached fine will be assessed
beginning 3/22/2010. Each day of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate violation. Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the County Subdivision
