If the site is not compliant by 4/1/2010 12:00:00AM, all associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold and the attached fine will be assessed
beginning 3/13/2010. Each day of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate violation. Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the County Subdivision
