PARCEL #: 372318418324 On 02/18/2010, Catawba County staff investigated the above referenced property to determine if a violation of County regulations was present. A detailed description
of the violation(s) follows: Section 32-6 (1) Storage/accum./disposal of garbage & solid waste Section 32-6 (2) Storage/accum./disposal of garbage & solid waste Located on your property
at the above address is the open storage of solid waste. Your tenant hauled off the bags of solid waste but all the beer cartons and empty bottles and cans need to be cleaned up. Also
the old furniture and etc. on the rear deck needs to be hauled off if the tenant is not going to use it. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF CATAWBA COUNTY CODE, CHAPTER 32 AND/OR CHAPTER 44 Please
remedy any and all code violations before 3/16/2010. If the site is not compliant by 3/16/2010, all associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on
