Work order in on it. One hand sink in gifts' bathroom and one in boys' bathroom on 3rd grade hall not working properly. Work order has been turned in. Carpets stained and coming up from floor in some rooms. Foam tile flooring in kindergarden needs cleaning. No storage allowed on the floor (storage rooms). 11 Hand sanitizers and cleaners labeled "keep out of reach of children" found in lower unlocked cabinets in classrooms and bathroom. Store all chemicals according to manufacturer's instructions.
