Fire Safety Plans Review
* A fire safety review of this project was conducted. Summaries of the comments are in the following notes.
* A written response to the comments in the order they appear in this correspondence as well as appropriate clouded revisions to the plans shall be provided.
* This review does not constitute a check of all technical code items and does not prevent the code official from requiring further additions and / or corrections.
* This review also does not relieve the design professional of full responsibility for compliance with all the provisions of the technical codes and other pertinent laws or ordinances.
Building will be in use during construction. Develop and maintain a plan to ensure proper exit access and egress during construction.
Plans will be required for the following systems: Fire Sprinkler System, Fire Alarm System, Hood Suppression System and Area of Rescue Assistance. Each of these submittals must be reviewed
and approved prior to permitting.
An Approved “FDC” sign shall me provided and installed as necessary
Adequacy of emergency and exit lighting/signage shall be assessed at the time of final inspection.
