Catawba County Code Compliance Technician, after a visual inspection was made of property owned by you, have found
the following violation(s):
Unprotected exposed slopes31-5 (b)
Sediment and rocks must be cleaned off of neighboring property. 2 lots to the NNW have gotten sediment and rocks. The 2nd lot to
the NNW has gotten sediment in their pool and in their driveway. Culvert inllet along Peachtree must be cleaned out and measures
installed along ditch to prevent sediment from going onto neighboring property. Ground cover must be established after 21 days of no
activity on the 2 cleared lots.
THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 31
Please remedy any and all code violations before 2/12/2010 12:00:00AM. If the site is not compliant by 2/12/2010
12:00:00AM, all associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold and the attached fine
will be assessed beginning 2/9/2010. Each day of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate violation. Notice of
Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the County Subdivision Review Board at P.O.Box 389,
Newton, NC 28658.
