Catawba County Code Compliance Technician, after a visual inspection was made of property owned by you, have found
the following violation(s):
Failure to take all reasonable measures31-4 (d)
Insufficient measures to retain sediment on site31-7 (e)
Install measures to prevent sedimentation from leaving the site. Clean out sediment deposited in the drainage inlet at NNE of the
property. Establish ground cover on all exposed slopes.
THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 31
Please remedy any and all code violations before 2/12/2010 12:00:00AM. If the site is not compliant by 2/12/2010
12:00:00AM, all associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold and the attached fine
will be assessed beginning 2/9/2010. Each day of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate violation. Notice of
Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the County Subdivision Review Board at P.O.Box 389,
Newton, NC 28658.
