follow approved plan 31-7 (e) Insufficient measures to retain sediment on site 31-5 (b) Unprotected exposed slopes THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER
31 Please remedy any and all code violations before 2/24/2010. If the site is not compliant by 2/24/2010, all associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be
placed on hold and the attached fine will be assessed beginning 2/5/2010. Each day of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate violation. Notice of Violation may be appealed
