listed violation(s) of applicable Soil Erosion & Sedimentation Control Regulations were found on your property: 31-5 (b) Unprotected exposed slopes 31-5 (d) Failure to provide adequate
groundcover 31-4 (d) Failure to take all reasonable measures Hwy 70 in Longview -Pit Stop Please install adequate ground cover on all exposed areas of the slope. This needs to be done
immediately. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF CATAWBA COUNTY CODE, CHAPTER 31 Please remedy the above listed violation(s) by 02/10/2010. If you do not take the requested action or make other arrangements
with this office by 02/10/2010, we will begin formal enforcement action. Enforcement action may include civil penalties, administrative remedies such as denial or revocation of County/City
