with Blake Builders has install erosion control measures along the side and front property lines but there are swags in the fence and with the recent rains it has been undermined in
areas. This needs to be repaired. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 31 Please remedy any and all code violations before 2/24/2010. If the site is not
compliant by 2/24/2010, all associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold and the attached fine will be assessed beginning 2/5/2010. Each day
of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate violation. Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the County Subdivision Review Board at P.O.Box
