(D) UNPROTECTED EXPOSED SLOPES 31-5 (B) Please install adequate ground cover on all exposed areas of the slope. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 31
Please remedy any and all code violations before 2/4/2010. If the site is not compliant by 2/4/2010, all associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed
on hold and the attached fine will be assessed beginning 1/16/2010. Each day of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate violation. Notice of Violation may be appealed within
