Mr. Rogers,
The retaining walls shown on the revised site plan for The Maples on Main will not be over 4
feet in height. I realize that if for whatever reason they are over 4 feet in height I will need to
have a sealed engineered plan for that wall.
Our planning for this project does not include any retaining walls over 4 feet high.
