Flashing and weep holes ...we have added flashing and weep holes to the wall sections on revised sheets 7a and 7b. 2. Vent for hub drain ...we have added a 2" vent for the new hub drain at the drink station. We have also added notes clarifying the materials for the water, drain and vent piping. See revised sheet 4. 3. EIFS...the wall sections already note that the EIFS is to be on a drainable insulation, but we have added a note further clarifying this on revised sheet 7b. 4. Awning anchoring details ...we have added anchors and design data showing the awning attachment to the building. See revised sheet 7a. 5. Sign permits ...this item will be handled separately by the owner or signage vendor. e Fire 1. Existing door ...the owner has actually requested that we remove this door and replace it with a window. This has been done on revised sheet 4 and the emergency exit sign removed on revised sheet 13. 2. Remote exits ...we have added notes to sheet 13 noting the two remaining exits to maintain their exit signage. 3. Emergency lighting... emergency lighting is existing and has been noted accordingly on revised sheet 13. 4. Decorative vegetation... decorative vegetation is not part of this scope of work. Required exits ...to our knowledge these exits are free from obstructions or impediments. No action required. 6. Safeguards during construction ...this note will be passed on to the general contractor. Since just about every sheet has some revision of some kind on it, we are sending you (4) complete revised sets (only two sheets did not change). a We hope this takes care of all your concerns and allows release of the building permit.
