Original permit issued 2/2/04 (BLD2004-00215)... inspections up to insulation done by 1/24/05...
New G.C., permit reissued 7/27/05 w/admin fees (BLD2005-01596)...
No new inspections done, so a progress check was done 5/24/07...G.C. stated no work was done after he took over job...
Permit expired as of 5/24/07.
Insulation inspection done ...no work done after that ...what to do??
