Please find attached the existing and proposed plans and pictures ol'existing conditions.
Please note that the cost of constructing the new curb ramp, etc. and the new front
counter exceeds 209,, of cost of construction as figured for accessibility upgrades. We
are therefore proposing to upgrade the restrooms using the following scope: relocate
fixtures and accessories to comply with the current accessibility eudes as relating to
distances and heights.
