This letter is in regard to our telephone conversation of December 8, 2009. Below are our
responses to the two outstanding items in reference to obtaining the plumbing permit for this
project.
I
1. The six 4-inch area drains on the project serving the area wells (ranging in areas from
4,657 to 4,676 square feet), will be revised to 5-inch, to comply with the 4,600 square
foot limit of Table 1106.2 of the 2009 North Carolina Plumbing Code.
2. The cold water supply lines serving the two reverse osmosis (1-inch supply line each)
and the two deionized water (3/4-inch supply line each) equipment, will be revised to
include double check assembly backflow preventers equal to Wilkins Model 350S.
