Due to concerns by EHS regarding 45' right of way and property line crossing into Duke Power Right of Way, owner was directed to contact them and zoning to verify that recording lot lines and right of way inside their right of way was allowed. Prior to issuance of any Authorization to Construct, the lot must be strung from iron to iron illustrating property lines and the Duke Right of Way must be clearly marked along with the lot being cleared of underbrush and the house must be re-staked. This must be done so that septic installer and well driller can verify required setbacks as needed prior to any installation activities.
