Additional Specifications: Permit issued for office/warehouse space based on 18 employees max at 25 gpd per employee.
Proposal submitted by Gary McNeeley with Michael Athanas and Associates LSS. Keep all parts
of septic system and any future repair system minimum: 100' from any well, 10' from property lines,
10' from building. Lines shot in and to be installed on contour. No grading, driving, or filling over
system or permits will be revoked. Due to landscape position of initial system, final landscaping
must be such that surface water is diverted away from drain field and tanks by small berm above
drain field or crowning back fill over drain field to shed water away from drain field. Make sure that
any gutter down spouts are piped away from system. Existing well on lot at rear of property behind
proposed building. Installer is to ensure 100' setback is met prior to beginning installation due to
system being installed in saprolite.

altered. The Authorization to Construct Permit is not affected by a change in ownership of the property. This permit was issued in
compliance with the provisions of the North Carolina 'Laws and Rules for Sewage Treatment and Disposal Systems' (ISA NCAC 18A
.1900). Neither Catawba County nor the Environmental Health Specialist warrants that the septic tank system will continue to
function satisfactorily for any'liven period of time.
