equipment running over existing tank and collapsing it. Keep tank minimum: 5' from building,10'

fill over system or repair and recommend fencing off system area. Facility has public water.

compliance with the provisions of the North Carolina 'Lows and Rides far Sewage Treatment and Disposal Systems' (ISA NCAC 18A
.1900). Neither Catawba County nor the Environmental Health Specialist warrants that the septic tank system will continue to
