System Installation Comments: System installed by Larry Henkle with Garrett Howard on 5/12/16 and 5/13/16. Used d
boxes to center feed upper lines with 9 panels on tank side and 8 on opposite side of
trenches of upper lines. Installer took multiple pictures during installation which have
been attached with plan case.
PERMIT CONDITIONS:
1. All maintenance, monitoring, and performance requirements shall be in accordance with
15A NCAC 18.1900, Rule .1961
