In addition,clean clay dirt must be compacted in four inch intervals for the entire five feet. *The new septic system will require a traffic rated 1,000 gallon tank with metal manhole covers. *If the new tank location does not allow gravity flow to the first drain line, a pump will be required. *There shall be NO grading or filling around the outside of the proposed garage area. *Do NOT park or drive over any part of the septic drain field area. *Catawba County Environmental Health advised the applicant on April 20, 2016,that by using a repair exemption to build a garage, leaves no available space for future repair options. The applicant has been advised that this is not recommended. *The septic system installer shall be required to schedule a pre-construction meeting with Catawba County Environmental Health (828-320-3077) at least 3 business days prior to the construction of the system. It is the responsibility of the applicant/property owner to insure that all Catawba County Planning/Zoning and Building Inspections requirements are met. This Authorization to Construct Permit is subject to revocation if the site plan,plat or the intended use changes,or if site conditions are altered. The Authorization to Construct Permit is not affected by a change in ownership of the property.
