This maximum amount is slightly under sizing requirements for 4 bedrooms. Owner is responsible for fixing any plumbing leaks in the MHs. Failure to do so will likely cause premature system failure. Grass and straw drainfield area after installation. Final grade of system area (tanks and drainfield) must divert surface water off and away. All septic system components must be at least 100ft from any well, 50ft from creek, 10ft from water lines, 5ft from structures, 10ft from property lines, and out of any right-of-way or easement. Do not drive, grade, cut, or fill over septic system. Special precautions may be needed to keep vehicles off of septic tank/pump tank.
