MORNING LN, Newton, NC Catawba County Code Compliance Technician, after a visual inspection was made of property owned by you, have found the following violation(s): Section 44-803 Junked
Motor Vehciles Received complaint regarding mold on siding, bare spots in yard and junk vehicles. Catawba County does not have minimum housing therefore the mold is not a violation.
The bare spots in the yard is not due to new development or improvement therefore does not violate the County Erosion Control Ordinance. Only violation found is the one junk vehicle.
THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 32 AND/OR CHAPTER 44 Please take corrective action on or before 11/11/2009. If you have questions or would like to
