to your request for comments regarding your application to FERC for updating information regarding the Lake Hickory RV Resort owned by Five Star Land Development, LLC. The letter from
Scott Wade, on behalf of Five Star Land Development LLC, indicates that no changes are being made to the site, including no excavation, dredging and/or shoreline stabilization. Based
upon this information, the Catawba County Planning, Parks & Development Department has no comments and no permits are required from this department. Should you need any additional information,
