Building Plan Review Comments 2nd Review Approved With Notes * A review of this project was conducted. Summaries of the comments are in the following notes. If gates located along the means of egress are provided with latching hardware, panic hardware type shall be used. This review does not constitute a check of all technical code items and does not prevent the code official from requiring further additions and/or corrections. This review does not relieve the design professional of full responsibility for compliance with all the provisions of the technical codes and other pertinent laws or ordinances. All utilization equipment either Gas or Electric is required to be Listed and/or Labeled by a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory approved by the North Carolina Department of Insurance. No person shall be permitted to occupy this building or any portion thereof prior to approval by the Building Official. All interior finishes shall comply with Table 803.5 of the North Carolina Building Code. Adequacy of egress illumination and exit signage shall be verified in the field. The integrity of all fireblocking and draftstopping shall be maintained using approved materials and methods per section 717 of the North Carolina Building Code. The surface of all toilet room walls and floors shall comply with section 1210 of the North Carolina Building Code. Reviewer:
