the 2006 NC Fire code Section 1014.2.1, this space is required to have 2 exits for the existing and new fill area. These exits are also required to have panic hardware in hazardous occupancies.
Verify doors and hardware. 2. An Additional fire extinguisher may be required for the new business addition and new fill room. Portable fire extinguishers shall be selected, installed
and maintained in accordance with Section 906 of the 2006 North Carolina Fire Prevention Code and NFPA 10. 3. During construction or demolition, vehicle access for fire fighting shall

to the sprinkler system. 7. "No-Smoking" signs shall be provided in new addition at new entrance door. SPRINKLER COMMENTS 8. Sprinkler contractor shall obtain a permit from the Fire
Prevention Bureau prior to beginning any installation/renovation of the sprinkler/standpipe system. A copy of submittal requirements and applications are available upon request, 828-323-7522
